Agent Assist, LLC provides business services to real estate professionals. We are seeking to fill a full-time Real Estate Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned transactions from contract date to close

Coordinate and communicate with loan officers and attorneys

Effectively communicates and update clients, agents, service providers and all applicable parties throughout the entire process

Assure that all files are compliant and properly filed within designated timeline

Schedule appointments between multiple parties

Prepare client for closing

Assist with administrative duties

Attend staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

Computer knowledge and proficiency

Initiative to follow through on numerous ongoing projects at a fast pace

Detail Oriented

Accurate Typing Skills

Organized

Excellent Communication Skills

Thrive in a Fast-paced Environment

Licenses:

NYS Real Estate License (Preferred, must be willing to obtain license)

Driver License (Required)

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Occasional pre-planned nights and weekends required
